Q: How do I access my email from outside of WIHD?
A: You can visit wihdit.wihd.org and select the Outlook Web Access option. Use your usual workstation login to gain access.

Q: How do I change my password?
A: While logged in to a workstation, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and select Change Password.

Q: Why does my screen keep locking every 10 minutes when I'm not using my computer? Can this be changed?
A: To protect confidential patient and company information, WIHD policy dictates that all computers must lock during idle time as they may be unattended. It cannot be changed.

Outlook FAQ's:

Q: How do I send one email to lots of people but hide their names from each other?
A: After you open the new message, choose View / Bcc Field, then put the names/addresses in the Bcc box. (Bcc stands for blind carbon copy.)
